Kia ora koutou, Talofa lava, Malo e lelei, Hello. Welcome to the website of the NZ Association for Christian Schools. 

Our organisation has 64 member schools, 8 member organisations and 14 life associate members. The schools are spread across New Zealand from Kaitaia in the North to Invercargill in the South. They range in size and composition from one-teacher schools of approximately 20 students to large schools of approximately 1,500 students. They include independent, state-integrated and partnership schools. Each school is committed to delivering quality Christian Education to support parents in their God-given responsibility to raise their children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

Our Association aims to further the interests of Christian schooling. It does this primarily by:

• Providing high quality support to member schools.
• Providing schools with professional development based on a Christian worldview.
• Providing effective leadership development.

In addition to providing information about how our Association goes about these important tasks, this website is designed to:

• Provide a repository of information for our member schools and organisations.
• Provide a starting point for parents wishing to locate a Christian School in their region.
• Provide an avenue for schools seeking to recruit dedicated Christian teaching staff.
