LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT 
Fixed Term | Part Time

Westminster Christian School is a State-Integrated Christian school located in Unsworth Heights on the North Shore. We consider ourselves one whanau and value teamwork and integrity in our staff.  We currently have two vacancies for Learning Support Assistants across the school's year levels.  Every day looks different!

Monday-Friday, Term-Time only
9:30am - 2:30pm (with half hour break)
Fixed Term:  14th October - 13 December 2024

Duties:

• Follow structured programmes; lesson plans activities under teacher supervision

• Assist students to stay on task

• Build trusting relationships with students and colleagues

• Collaborate with others in the team

• Assist teachers with administrative preparations from time to time

The successful applicant must be willing to teach from a Biblical Worldview appropriate to the School's Special Character.

Experience in a teacher aide or learning support position is not critical, but helpful.
