NCA is a Christian faith-based, state integrated school, whose mission is to provide a biblically based, Christ-centered education equipping students in Y1–8 for effective service and leadership.  If you would like to become part of our diverse learning community and you are able to support and uphold NCA’s special character then we invite you to apply for this associate principal position!

We are looking for an inspirational, motivated, restorative experienced leader who is eager to make a positive impact on the lives of our amazing students and who can support our wonderful staff team to further enhance their teaching practice.  You will need to have been blessed with the ability to drive our students' love for Christ, display grace and empathy in all situations, supporting our young people to become motivated and engaged learners.  As a leader of learning you will need to be a great team player, be flexible, have a growth mindset, so that you can lead and embrace change.  Lastly, you will need to be a people person with a wonderful sense of humour.  Strengths in literacy and ESOL are preferred but not essential.
