COUNSELLOR
Permanent | Part Time
Up to 0.6 FTE (3 days per week) | Term Time Only

We are seeking a part-time counsellor who is a qualified, experienced, and registered member of either NZAC or NZCCA, to join our experienced Counselling and Pastoral Care team at Middleton Grange School.

The successful applicant:

• Will be responsible for counseling students from Year 1 through to Year 13.

• Must have experience in working with tamariki and rangatahi as well as families/whanau and preferably with experience working in school settings.

• Be committed to working collaboratively with the counselling and pastoral teams, staff, whānau, and external partners to provide counselling and wellbeing services within our school community.

• Understand and value that Middleton Grange School is a Christian State Integrated School. The counsellor must be willing to uphold the Christian Special Character of the School in carrying out their role.
