Due to the retirement of our highly valued and respected Deputy Principal – Head of Senior College, we are seeking to employ a visionary, instructional leader to join our team.

As the leader of our Senior College, you will provide:

• A Christ-centred, future-focused approach to education that seeks to inspire and support all learners

• Strong godly leadership amongst the staff and students

• A commitment to the school’s Christian character in all aspects of school life

• Leadership of staff to ensure effective and high-quality teaching and learning

• Excellent relational skills with students, parents and staff

• An understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and a commitment to bi-cultural and culturally responsive practices

• A desire to advocate strongly for the senior college as part of a vibrant senior leadership team that seeks to honour God in all that we do.
