Welcome to Hastings Christian School, a Y1–13 Christian state integrated school; comprising  a primary school (Y1–8) of approx. 200 students, and a senior school (Y9–13) of approx. 140 students.

We are seeking to employ the Head of our Humanities faculty in the secondary school.  The main teaching area is English up to Yr 13.

As a faculty leader in our secondary school, you will provide:

• A Christ-centred, future-focused approach to education that seeks to inspire and support all learners

• Strong godly leadership amongst the staff and students

• A commitment to the school’s Christian character in all aspects of school life

• Leadership of staff to ensure effective, high-quality teaching and learning

• Excellent relational skills with students, parents and staff
