TEACHER EDUCATOR, Graduate Diploma of Education (Secondary) in 2023

Bethlehem Tertiary Institute is seeking a passionate and experienced NZ secondary educator to teach within the Graduate Diploma in Teaching (Secondary) programme in Tauranga.  You will be working in initial teacher education and engaging in research related to teaching and learning.

To be successful in this role, you will need

• A Masters’ degree, be working towards a Masters’ degree, or willing to begin a Master's degree.

• Recent experience teaching within a New Zealand secondary school.

• Strong NZ curriculum and pedagogical knowledge.

• A commitment to culturally responsive, inclusive, and faith-based practices.

• To be a registered New Zealand teacher with a current full Practising Teacher Certificate.

• A passion for supporting people to be and become great teachers.
