TRAFFIC CONGESTION | Travel from Mt Maunganui to Bethlehem College on Friday morning (peak traffic) is likely to take 1 hour.

PARKING | Parking wardens will be on site at Bethlehem College to direct you to available parking spaces. Please refrain from parking in the BTI student carpark. Download map

REGISTRATION Registration in the Performing Arts Centre will open at 10.30am, Thursday 4th July.

SEATING | Seating in the Performing Arts Centre will be at capacity for most sessions. Please help us to fit everyone in by moving to the centre of the rows and avoid leaving vacant seats mid-row.

FOOTWEAR | As all refreshments, sponsors' displays and exhibitors' displays will be located in the Events Centre/Gymnasium, we ask that you avoid wearing stiletto shoes.

COFFEE | Bethlehem College's Barista students will be making Barista Coffee before the first session of each day, at morning tea and at lunch. Coffee will cost $3 per cup or you can purchase a coffee card which will give you 4 cups for $10.

CONFERENCE DINNER BEVERAGES | Wine, beer, light beer, juice and non-alcoholic drinks will be available at the cash bar.

RECORDING/PHOTOGRAPHY | Sessions will be recorded. Photographs will be taken and a selection of photographs will be posted on social media.

KEYNOTE SPEAKERS | Josh and Sean McDowell (USA)

  • Josh McDowell | Josh has been at the forefront of cultural trends and ground-breaking ministry for more than 50 years. He has addressed more than 25 million people, giving over 27,000 talks in 125 countries. He has written/co-authored 148 books including Evidence that demands a verdict - named one of the twentieth century's top 40 books on Christian thought by World Magazine. 
  • Dr Sean McDowell | Sean is a gifted communicator with a passion for equipping the church, and in particular young people, to make the case for the Christian faith. He is an Associate Professor in the Christian apologetics programme at Biola University, has authored or co-authored 18 books and has spoken at ACSI events. Sean taught at a Christian school full-time for a decade and continues teaching there part-time today.
